TECHNICAL FEATURES

  • drying modules heated by steam, diathermic oil or fireboxes and burners suitable to natural gas, LPG or diesel fuel
  • 4 high efficiency electro-fans for each drying module with loop air recirculation

IT IS THE ANSWER TO THOSE WHO STRIVE FOR A COMPLETE CONTROL OF ALL MACHINE PARAMETERS, FROM THE AUTOMATION OF THE WORKING STATIONS TO THE DEGREE OF EXPANSION, FROM VENTILATION TO THE RELATIVE HUMIDITY AND TEMPERATURE REGULATION, INDIVIDUALLY MODULE BY MODULE.
ONE IS ACTUALLY THE ONLY MACHINE IN THE WORLD ABLE TO DETECT THE ABSOLUTE MOISTURE OF THE HIDES, NAMELY THEIR WATER CONTENT BY WEIGHT THANKS TO SPECIAL SENSORS. RELYING ON THIS PLUS AND OTHER EXCLUSIVE PATENTED OPTIONS, THE LEATHERS COME OUT OF THE MACHINE CONSISTENTLY DRY KEEPING THE DESIRED RESIDUAL MOISTURE, SOFT AND ALREADY CONDITIONED HAVING BEEN DRIED IN A VENTILATED AND LOW TEMPERATURE ENVIRONMENT. THE AWARENESS THAT IT IS IN FACT NECESSARY TO WORK WITH TEMPERATURES CLOSE TO BUT NEVER ABOVE 38-40°C TO PRESERVE THE NATURAL QUALITY OF THE LEATHER AND AVOID UNWANTED AREAS OF GRAIN LOOSENESS, HAS BROUGHT THE EVOLUTION OF THIS MACHINE TO LEVELS NEVER ACHIEVED BEFORE BY ANY FRAME (TOGGLE) DRYER. THANKS TO THE SOFT DRYING GUARANTEED BY THE ONE, AFTER TRIMMING AND STAKING, THE LEATHERS CAN GO STRAIGHT TO THE FINISHING AND SKIP ANY CONDITIONING STAGE TO RESTORE THE NECESSARY WATER CONTENT AS REGULARLY HAPPENS IN LESS TECHNOLOGICALLY ADVANCED OR TRADITIONAL TOGGLE DRYERS.

IN ADDITION TO WHAT IS ALREADY PRESENT IN THE NEW CTU, THE MOD. ONE MAKES USE OF:

  • special sensors for detecting the moisture content of the hides in percentage, both in and out of the oven
  • heat recovery and/or air dehumidification units for automatic adjustment of the air ideal hygrometric level based on the set recipe
  • additional internal circuit for the air swap and automatic maintenance of the moisture set at the outlet
  • either single or double frame expansion, therefore made in four steps and adjustable both in cm and kg for a real control of the traction exerted on the leather fibers according to the article
  • A control panel for parameter setting and recipe management with display of the functions and the historical trend on the 10” touch screen interface and connected to the company network to meet the modern requirements of the industry 4.0
